I don't know if you want this one cause its not really yuri, but it would be easier to render and easier to make a signature out of.
I also had an idea for the one you posted for Ikki Tousen. The image could be turned on its side to be horizontal and made into one that way, but i don't think it will look much better.
The only real way that the first image will looks good in a signature is in a 500x500 pixel sig. Maybe.
