Best is really a matter of opinion I think. But I guess that's the whole point of asking isnt it?

Personally I loved Suzuka. First manga I ever read and thus far, my favorite. Chrono Crusade and Umi No Misaki (well, from the....12 chapters released so far anyway) both left me impressed as well.

I'm a sucker for romance, what can I say.
