It's possible but typically (not trying to be sexist) it's just fact that guys have more upper body strength that girls which a girl would need more of in order to rape a guy assuming the guy isn't willing.

Maybe if you're like the wrestler China and trying to rape someone 50-100lbs lighter than you lol.
