As for being too busy for minor things,i believe its what separates good,and great. (You forgot to put spaces after the comas, and the "i" should be capitalized. "its" needs an apostrophe) I personally prefer to be great in my work at all times. You choose to be just average good. (This sentence should be rewritten, as "average good" doesn't make much sense) hmm? ("hmm" isn't really much of a word)"
