I don't think that black shadow around the icons is really making it look good, the imari icons looks nice just it needs to be more ecchi/hentai base as you can see the banner is!
So something more ecchi, I have these pic if you want to try them
You can always try the hentai cg section if you like =3
P.S. i gave this to Elder a while back if you like to use it.

The elfien lied one, i don't like it, it looks messy, may be because itis to dark and these shadow around them, icons should be clear, with really define lines
When making the icons, try to get the feel of the skin, if it is ecchi, then ecchi icons, if it is dark/evil, then dark/evil icons, etc...
