if this v-chip is a mind control that connect with brain, yes is scary because if this chip is applicated on our brain, they control our volonties and we cannot do anything but to obey, this is crazy, I hope this plan go wrong and the indrusties wich produce this horror explode and burn itsef to ashes. This plan is toooooooooo crazy!!!!!!!!!
