On the other hand... Imouto Jiru is a loli hentai (and Makai Tenshi Jibril 2 has plenty of loli hentai too) and they weren't deleted. So I'd risk it in Your place. Lucky Cosplay isn't anywhere near Imouto Jiru.
I'd say it's rather "semi-loli" than "true" loli.
