ok well something has bean going on with my computers internet connection and speed and everything its going wrong right now regularly it is at like 1mb/s download speed and it dropped to 60kb/s now...and every time i download something it goes 60 then 0 then 70 then 0 and does that constantly over and over again i have tested many different places and it is doing it at every download place i have tried and i keep getting the connection is restarted its so annoying but for some reason it just started doing this well does anyone have some help for me ?

i have reset my internet i have done a repair on my internet connection i have tested my speed at a test site and it says it is running 20% faster than normal lol thats good i guess lol umm i have restarted my computer i have took out the either net card and cleaned it and put it back in and everything seems to be working right but i still have a buggy internet connection/download...
