Yea, but according to your earlier post, u said that spyware is "
without the user's informed consent" In this case, it has been told that it will send info, so it's not spyware, becasue u know that it's there. and what it's doing.
Only reason for it to not be in your "
informed consent" is if you don't read the agreement.
In terms with that, if you don't read the "
User agreement" then it's your own fault for calling it spyware. I'm saying this becasue there are people calling it Bad Spyware, which it isn't. Please stop arguing, It's not spyware becasue u know it's there and it is notified to you with your consent.
Let's just drop this argument, because it isn't going anywhere.
