I prefer rapidshare just because I download 2x faster off it...
rapidshare i get around 500 kb+ downloads and megaupload i usually get only around 200kbs

plus it's not that expensive to subscribe anyway... with all that free content u download, u end up saving big time anyway...
but yeah depends on where u live and ur ISP for speeds
