www.veoh.com has them online, just search for 'Red Garden.' You can also download them via torrent from mininova.org or any other number of torrent sites.

Edit: I take that back. The eps on veoh are all subbed in french, and I'm having a hell of a time trying to find them online. You reminded me of the episodes I saw at AnimeUSA 2 years ago, and now I want to find them...
