I loged in on IE, and it changed just fine.
On Firefox, I even went to my User CP's Options, and tried changing it there manually, and it switches to "Forum Default" when I try to change it, lol.
Since the " RahXephon" skin is what I normally use anyways, I really don't like to change it, but since it loads on IE just fine, I can look there for the examples.
GOD there is lots of adult Banner ads and such when i go to IE, lol
