As I'm expanding this list, I'm seeing that this isn't just about oral sex, rather, a number of little things that can add a slight variance to keep him/her guessing. This would be better labeled as a miscellaneous oral-sex/romantic-gesture/cute-play/creativity-in-bed list.
Some of these techniques can be done with both sexes, but some are restricted to one sex. I'll mark them appropriately. Also note that, while I will be numbering these methods, they aren't necessarily "ranked" in any particular order.
