As long as a SOTW is up, there shouldn't be another active. Even if the poll is moving in 1 person's favor, it can always turn around, lol.
one SOTW on another forum I only had one vote, and another person had 5 votes. I closed my browser, and 2 hours later, i had 7 votes and he still had 5 votes, lol.
