I have a question concerning these 2...

Melty Blood: Act Cadenza Ver B has 22 characters while Melty Blood Re.ACT: Final Tuned has only 19 but which one is the upgraded version? and if Final Re.ACT is the upgraded, then howcome it has only 19 chars as opposed to 22?

I know it's not a good question but please answer it to fill my curiousity and stupidity lol @_@
