do this, Go to
View --> Options --> Playback --> Output --> Select the "VMR9 (windowed)" in the "DirectShow Video" area
Then Check the "Lock back-buffer before presenting" checkbox
Then when watching the anime episodes, go to
File --> Save Images
and save your screenshots ^.^
That's what I do ^.^

That was actually very very useful now I can get good screenshots hopefully for better icons and stocks.
