The next hot girl you see, walk straight up to her and start a conversation. Forget the Don Juan lines, just start chatting. Flash a kind smile, keep your back straight, and maintain eye contact. A few lines into the conversation, get her phone number, but don't ask if you can have it. Say something like "I'd like to get your phone number" or as the conversation nears its end, say "Let's talk some more sometime. What's your number?", but in either case hand her a pen and pad to write her phone number down for you. Make the conversation a short one because you are a busy man (even if you're not) and know when to end it. Politely end the conversation and walk away, not looking back, even if you just wander in circles out of her sight.
Viola. 2 minutes and you've got a phone number and a date in the near future.
