Tutorial: The Multi-Orgasmic Male

I promised to make this tutorial so here it is. I'm going to go through the methods on how a man can consciously control how many orgasms he achieves, with a minimum of two orgasms per single erection. Women benefit from these methods too, as it makes their orgasms more intense overall, achieve orgasm more frequently, makes it easier to achieve g-spot orgasm, and make bigger squirts when attaining g-spot orgasms. So yeah women actually benefit more from this than men.

In fact, the exercises that men must perform in order to become multi-orgasmic was actually originally designed for women, but men practicing it discovered an unexpected benefit. The exercises are little more than the relatively well-known kegal exercises, but men have an extra step they must take before becoming multi-orgasmic.

First the exercises. There is a muscle located between the legs called the pubococcygeal (PC) or kegal muscle. The location of this muscle is slightly different between men and women. In men, it is located between the scrotum (ball sack) and the anus. In women, it surrounds the vaginal opening; it is with this muscle that women "clamp" or "tighten up" around a guys penis during sex. The PC muscle is also the muscle which controls the flow of urine.

To develop the PC muscle, you simply have to "squeeze" or "flex" it. Imagine that you are urinating, then cut it off mid-stream. Make sure, however, that you are flexing your PC muscle as opposed to leg muscles because some find it easy to confuse the two. Guys, lift your ball sack up and place two fingers just behind it, about half-way to your anus, and try it again. Making sure to keep your legs relaxed through the whole process, you'll feel the muscle tense up just like you're flexing any other muscle in the body. Now relax, then flex it again, and relax.

For women, you basically do the same thing. Imagine urinating, then cut it off mid-stream. Don't close your legs or flex them. If you want to feel this muscle in action, take two fingers and place them on top of your labia (pussy lips) or insert one or two fingers inside your vagina and perform the exercise. You'll feel the muscle contract and relax, just like any other muscle.

Now there are two primary ways of exercising the PC muscle, but the difference really lies in how many reps are performed. The first way is performing rapid contractions with this muscle 100 times a day. This is easy and only takes a minute to do. The second way is squeezing the muscle only 10 times per session per day, but doing it slowly rather than rapidly. Flex the muscle, then hold it for 10 full seconds (one thousand one, one thousand two, etc.), then relax for 10 seconds before doing it again. The second method is better than the first as you will actually get results faster by doing it slowly rather than just blowing through them quickly.

For girls, this is where it ends for you. Just keep doing the exercises every day and you'll have better sex with stronger orgasms for it. Guys gain the same benefit of stronger orgasms too (and a more "shooting" ejaculation), but must continue with an additional step before becoming multi-orgasmic.

By the time you have performed these exercises for about a month, you should feel a noticeable difference in the intensity of orgasms, and you should now be ready to try multiple orgasms from a single erection without losing it. When you are having sex (or masturbating), you know when you are about to cum. Just as you are about to cum, squeeze that PC muscle as hard as you can and don't let go for even a moment during the whole orgasm. For me this lasts anywhere from 45 seconds to over a minute and a half. You will not ejaculate, but you will still feel the orgasm in all its intensity, and best of all, you won't lose your erection.

Whenever you decide to finish off, just let your orgasm go and ejaculate as normal. The best part of using this technique it that there is no more "Oops" from the guy during sex. Just keep pumping away driving your lady wild until the next orgasm, ever riding the waves of pleasure.
