Can't really tell something from being Loli from Ass alone,

If there was a hand next to it from some1 else for a size comparason, or mabye a front view of Chest view we could tell, but not enough data on the current animation to tell wether it's loli or not.
In my opinion jusdging from the width of the tale in comparason to the natural Catgirl tail, the tail is too thin for a Neko Loli. If it was a Loli, the tail would be in thicker porportion to the ass,
