Noob Question where is the place where i ask noob questions like

how do i get Rep Point or Rep Power?

cause i need some and i have no idea how to do that i tired the FAQ but i got nothing can some1 plz help me

and how do they work if i look at a 10 rep power forum does that minus my current rep power?
