The legal age when You can have sex is 16 here in Hungary.
My initial opinion is that it shouldn't have an age restriction. If the couple can handle it then why not do it?
On second thought, most couples can't handle it under the age of 16, because they aren't mature enough (mentally). So age restriction is useful (somewhat).
