Rep point's don't make much of a difference at all if the person u recieve them from has none to begin with, lol.
If you notice in ur User CP,
= No change in ur rep points becasue it's a Newbite +Reping you
= Rep points go up, becasue the person +Reping actually has points to +Rep you.
if you get a bunch of
then ur Rep Points won't be rising.
