X is a high-tension series that revolves around the imminent battle between the Seven Seals of Heaven and the Seven Dragons of Earth. Shiro Kamui stands at the balance point between the two forces. Pitted against him, and allied with him, are those with special powers meant for the battle to decide the fate of mankind, but Kamui wishes that these people, especially those he personally cares about, never had to hold true to their sad destinies. Kamui must come to grips with his role in all of it, and save what he holds dear...if he can.
