I dont really like to cheat to beat games but one game immediately comes to mind.

Devil May Cry 3

I've never really had any issues with being able to beat games before but for some reason I can't get past this one boss on this game, its not even the final boss either, me and friends literally tried for something close to 2 and a half hours and still couldn't beat the damn thing.

As a result I quit playing it and never beat it..
