nope, studios had no connection, producers of Taimanin Asagi is Lilith, Anime Antenna Iinkai, Anime Antenna Group, and AMGA. The three spinoffs of NSN were from M no Violet, SugarBoy, Soft On Demand, and Flavors Soft. While Dark Love was from CLOCKUP, Green Bunny, Shinkuukan. (Green Bunny is one of the best when it comes to Hentai productions).
Taimanin was great because of two things: 1) the Production company had a long history in animation (Anime Antenna produced Dragon Ball FYI) 2) The Director is wicked sick!! ^_^
and when I mean wicked sick! he is the greatest when it comes to extreme sex scenes and animations... And he is the Link between all of them. Taimanin Asagi; Anime: Kazama Mana, Yagami Yuu, and Nanase Ren; and Dark Love were directed by Teruaki Murakami and are amone his list of great works! ^_^ (Black Mail, Endless Serenade, Princess 69, Seifuku Shoujo... just to name a few)
